This role is a hybrid style position in which supports the executive team, as well as providing assistance to the HR and wider team. This position is suited to a Intern prior to a full time Receptionist/Administrator looking for their next step.
- Answer all incoming calls and either transfer calls or take messages
- Greet guests, maintain professional presentation of the reception area, and arranging couriers
- Assist with functions and events
- Coordinate staff collections and gifts
- Diary management – arranging and confirming appointments, setting up video conferences, replying to attendance at events, booking rooms, and arranging catering (if required).
- Maintaining and updating the data base of client meetings
- Coordinate the placement of university interns
- Support HR administration and team management
- Provide back up support and other issues to Manager when required.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Suite products
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting events
- Excellent professional presentation and manner
