Responsibilities, duties to include:

Utilize problem solving skills , perform relevant analysis, manage priorities and deadlines

Effectively communicate hypotheses /results/ recommendations within your case team and to clients

Foster teamwork in interactions

Develop relationship-management skills in client environment and understand problems from the client s point of view

Qualification:

Currently a student in Top 200 QS world university

Have a strong record of extracurricular activity, professional accomplishment and leadership, as well as professional work experience

Ability to lead, be persuasive, have acute strategic and analytical skills

Must have positive attitude, confidence and enthusiasm

Enjoy working in a project based environment on strategic issues

工作职责：

-协助Manager制定工作计划，参与部门相关会议，做好会议记录

-协助Consultant测试、数据收集及用户培训工作

-辅助完成项目进展过程中的跟进、信息汇总、协调沟通工作

职位要求：

-有咨询、保险、金融相关项目实习经历者优先

-具有良好的逻辑思维能力，理解能力，沟通协调能力，踏实细心，有激情

-每周工作4天以上，实习期2个月以上
